I've read book 1, 1,5, and 2, and he's like...better than Adam but that's about all I can say. Does he get better after those books or is he still intent on conquering the world with Juliette? (also gives me so much Reylo vibes I can't even)

Omg yes he gets much better. Honestly (and I hate to admit it) I absolutely despised him in book one. I know I know. I’m a literal disgrace to society, but I promise he gets soo much better.
