What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hi! Just stumbled over here and very happy that I can ask for help!

I’m looking for a book in catergory urban fantasy. It’s about a kick ass heroine. I read this I think about 8 years ago. It’s a book in a serie and in part 2 the heroine goes to diner in a fancy restaurant and sets the gargoyle free. There is magic and some people can use it. The books are funny and romantic. Anybody who can help me?
