Try Skythief by Matthew Wolf. It just came out on kindle and audible. Super fun.

Trapped Mind Project (Emerilia Series) - Michael Chatfield
Check my list for some additionals

and I second "The Land" by Aleron Kong
Maybe "Rogue Dungeon" by James A Hunter, it's very well-written for the genre

Not sure why this posted 3 times..

Tree of Aeons is fantastic.
And one of my favorites is Dungeon Crawler Carl. so good

Dungeon Crawler Carl
Defiance of the Fall
Primal Hunter
Shadeslinger
Iron Prince

Dungeon Crawler Carl
Survival Quest
Defiance of the Fall
The Two Week Curse
just to name a few.

also The Wandering Inn , hello!

Shadow Sun series by Dave Wilmarth
NoobTown series by Ryan Rimmel
all 3 of these have been great and had huge replay value.
Also Dave and Aleron have multiple series and they are all great as well.
The Good Guys and Bad Guys series by Eric Ugland
Dungeon Crawler Carl, Ascend Online, Light Online, Legend of the Archmagus, and many of those listed earlier.

hmmm never heard of immortal great souls. i'll have to check it out. i agree on the Dungeon crawler carl. Fantastic books!

Highlights:
- Great progression that isn't super crunchy.
- Morally torn protag on a redemption arc.
- The core cast has a unique voice and personality that doesn't feel contrived.
- The stakes unable to be ignored and become more desperate as the series progresses.
- The protag is OP, but still runs up against obstacles he can't just smash his way through.
- There's city-building, but done artfully and never a slogging focus.
Negatives:
- The protag's inner depression will at times conflict with his personality, resulting in frustrating sequences.
- Not too many other negs to say. If you've read a good amount of LitRPGs, this series won't bring anything particularly new to the table, but remains entertaining regardless.
