Curran proposes in the end. Do you think the next story will open with their formal mating?

I've read the next one so I won't comment but I will say that I liked that Curran proposed :). I had so many roiling emotions about Curran in this story. I went from wanting to smack his nose with a newspaper to positively swooning.

I'm hoping they do. It's the next natural step in their relationship and I was thrilled he did it.

I kind of felt sorry for Curran in the sense that Kate was so important to him and he really didn't want to misstep with a proposal. In the first few books she was pretty challenging to court...I think he was afraid it would all blow up in his face. In this book, he really paid the price for his reticence.

I agree, Laura. He got scared in this story.

Curran definitely redeemed himself by the end. The proposal was perfect!

@Erin - that rolled up newspaper would have come in handy if he hadn't come through for Kate :0)

Lol! Indeed it would have. We would need a pretty big newspaper though! Maybe a paperback novel would work better or a dictionary. He's a pretty big kitty!
