Tracy and Nolasco understandably get off to a rocky start but she makes some serious efforts to play nice and treat him respectfully. Why do you think they eventually began to work pretty well together? Did Weber’s treacherous actions and behavior have an impact?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I think Nolasco realized that Weber was going to put the blame on both Tracy and him if they didn't get the investigation moving forward. He thought Tracy was Weber's pet until Tracy finally told him otherwise. Then he began to see that Weber was out to get both of them.

I think that had a lot to do with it also. Tracy took the lead and slowly Nolasco began to see she was playing him straight and wasn’t undermining him. The thaw was just about complete after she told him what had happened between her and Weber. In that sense, Weber’s treachery had a big impact. I think Nolasco also was a bit impressed with how Tracy handled that mess.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I agree with you. Nolasco began to pay attention to Tracy. He could see that she is a good detective, and justice is more important to her than internal recognition.
