Gonzo and Christina apparently are in a relationship. Why is Sam so bugged by this?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I don't think Sam likes Christina very much.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments Sam's attitude both toward Gonzo and Christina as well as Freddie and Elin's relationship is selfish and immature (this word comes to mind a great deal with Sam). She has no right to judge either man (or woman) and her nastiness in this area makes me like her less.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments It's almost as if she considers them her property and is jealous that they have chosen another woman.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I understand why Sam doesn't like Christina, but we all have friends in relationships that we might not like. That doesn't give Sam the right to be nasty to them. I agree with Lauren and Anita. Sam is treating them like property. She is once again showing her immaturity. I am not a fan of Sam this time around.

Why do you think Sam doesn't like Christina? I can't actually find a reason for it except for the fact that Christina was mad at Sam for the interrogation during the O'Connor case.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I agree with everyone that Sam should just stay out of her staff's personal lives.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Robin if I remember correctly, Christina gave Sam a hard time when she was investigating the senator's death. I think she lied to Sam too. I'll go back and check.

If this is the case, then Sam is doubly wrong. As a police officer, she knows that people withhold the truth for various reasons. Holding a grudge against Christina for wanting to protect John's reputation (her boss and a man she cared deeply for) is ridiculous. Sam is not the center of the universe.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Lauren you are right. It is difficult to separate from the job, but Sam was way off.
