Person 1 wishes for something, and the person below them has to grant the wish - but with a catch: they add something in order to ruin it... And of course, to post the wish next

Example:

Person 1: I wish to be able to speak all languages

Person 2: Granted, but then you loose your voice and can't talk at all

I wish not to have any homework!

Person 3: Granted, but instead you have house-chores to do.

The last couple of comments were:

I wish I get anything to eat as I demand

Granted, but delivery is always 2 weeks delay

Granted but they'd hatch a plan to raid the cabinets for snacks.

I wish I could meet a friendly alien from a distant planet.

granted but he kidnapped you and you never see earth again

Granted, but they are located on your thighs, so you fly bent over and upside-down.....and they get in the way when you use the restroom.


I wish my friend hadn't died.

Granted but your friend moves to the other side of the world and you don't see them anymore.

I wish I knew how to bake homemade sourdough bread.

Granted,but then you will have no access to oven.

I wish I had a fruit juice shop near my house ,so that I can get unlimited supply of different fresh juice

Granted but the juice would cost $20.00 per cup.

I wish I was better at sports.

Granted, but you must play sports four hours a day for the rest of your life


I want a house

Granted but it will be a dollhouse.

I wish I could watch any streaming service I wanted for free.

granted but you will have a poor internet connection

I wish I can travel 12 different countries in 12 months

Granted but you can only stay in each country for one day.

I wish my bromeliad plant would flower.

It will flower, but then it will be the only flower you will be able to see, forever.

I wish I could go on a camera safari in Kenya.

Granted but an elephant would squash all your camera equipment on the first day.

I wish I had my own home gym.

You can have it, but you'll hurt you'll tear your rotator cuff the first day and no one will be home to help you.

I wish I had a country house.

Granted but it will always be full of mosquitoes

I wish I had all the variety of niche makeup products.

Granted but the seats in your theatre will be infested with bed bugs that you can't get rid of.

(I have one, but no electric outlet behind to plug it in, only one for the refrigerator!)

You can have a top-of-the-line ice maker refrigerator, but the ice cubs will always be too big to fit through the dispenser.

I wish I could find an alarm clock loud enough to wake me. (I'm a very heavy sleeper.)

Granted but the alarm clock would be so loud that the fire department would show up and fine you for a false alarm.

I wish people wouldn't chat with their friends in the aisles of supermarkets, and block the way.

Granted, but while you are off, a law is passed that once someone is off, they can never get back on.

Granted, but the store is always sold out of fabric.

Granted, but they will "borrow" your food all the time and never replace it. (I'm sure they wouldn't really do that.)
