I thought I would try something different in this ever-so competitive world of selling books, as I genuinely think my book, 'Breaking Bad Patterns' will help people delve deeply into a fairly complex area ( author bias? You decide! ).

With this in mind for a limited time I am giving away some free hardback copies to readers who are interesting in discovering why the brain is programmed to keep us stuck on a cycle of repeat, repeat, repeat.
