📚APRIL 2024 Dusty Bookshelf Challenge:💈



Please post your shelves. NO COMMENTS in this thread please. You can add discussion comments after pairs are posted.

How It Works:
1) Please post up to 10 books that you would like to read this month.
*minimum 5 books.

2) CHOOSE TURTLE (one book) or HARE (two books) to indicate your reading speed so your picker will know whether to choose one book or two books.

3) An assigned person will pick ONE or TWO BOOKS (depending on the indicated reading speed) from your shelf.

4) BONUS BOOK: Specify "another book from my shelf" OR Pick a Genre and the assigned person will pick a book from the GOODREADS Choice Award book list for that specific genre.

5) You have one month: APRIL 2024 to try to read the chosen books. (*if you don't read your book(s) this month, it's okay because this challenge is for YOUR ENJOYMENT)

5) Please try to select for your pair ASAP as we all get excited and waiting is torture to some.

MARCH 28th-29th: Pairs will be posted & then selection of the books and posting it for the person you are choosing for

ETA 04-07-24: I've read the first two main picks. Loved Clockwork Boys (5 stars) but The Harvest was a big disappointment (2 stars). I'm going to wait til the end of the month to see if I have time for my bonus book, because I have a few library books to get through first.

For your bonus, since you wanted one of my favorites - I just read and loved it. It was a great mystery thriller. It would be helpful to read the first two books in the series first though to understand the emotional issues.
