I've NEVER been to a library before!! becuz libraries are pretty non-existent here!! nd books are REALLY expensive too!! ( so I mostly have to settle for e-books)
you're actually ryt! libraries do seem better than bookstores, but what if you want to reread a book??

in my country libraries are totally free, unless you're late or you damaged your book (i love living in europe)

if i want to - i just take it again, but obi having it is easier!

Omggg that's soooo cool <3 I think even here in sri lanka the public libraries are really cheap but I go to the British Council which is slightly more expensive 🙃
yup, even I think owning some of your favourite books would be better! nd I think buying books from Amazon
is cheaper???
is cheaper???

I often do both. In Sweden it is free to rent a book in the library and often they can buy the book if they are missing a specific one.
It is cheaper, more environmental friendly and you can access much more but I live out in the woods and it is a hassle to have a date on when to finish the book and be in the city.
I also like to decorate with my books and therefor buy some of the books because Amazon makes it so easy to access and they are kinda cheap in my opinion.

It’s also much easier to find books in a bookstore (my Library is in alphabetical by author)

yeah idk if this is just me, but it feels awkward and kinda rude to check a book out twice. i dont even know why

however if i want to read a book, usually i get it from the library and after i read it, if i liked the book i buy it at the bookstore!
🤍🤍

cuz I can never get over the fact that books are soo expensive,, it sometimes feels like a luxury to read them!

Libraries, however, will have to win in the end. They are a haven for anyone no matter their circumstance. You can indulge in your love of reading no matter your budget, and in this economy that is invaluable. Libraries support the community in countless ways - providing community, refuge, and education.
