Is she a good author? Does she use cuss words or not?

I love her books!The Odelia Grey mysteries she classifies as PG-13 (although I think the first is a little closer to R). Either way, there is some cussing in that one.
I don't remember if there is or not in the Ghost of Granny Apples series - it's been a long time since I read them. She aimed to make them PG, so any foul language would be mild and infrequent.
Like Mark it's been awhile since I've read her books but I know I really liked her writing. Odelia Gray won't fit you criteria but the Ghost series should. If there was any cussing I just don't remember it. Maybe try out a half-step book to see if you like it.
