Does everyone’s lives go back to normal, whatever that is? Does Sam truly believe in Gwen? Can Connor get past his guilt and let go of his idealization of his father?

Normal? What is that for this family? I think Lanny will finally come out of her shell and come to terms with what has happened. Connor will eventually realize his father was nothing but scum, but it will take him some time to forgive himself. Sam and Gwen - I honestly don't know. They have a lot to overcome, and I don't think they are a couple who can put the past behind them.
