Goodreads Authors/Readers discussion

Hi Experts,
I am new to here. I have recently self published an ebook in KDP as one of my projects ( category - motivation) . This is a very easy-read.
What is the best way I can get this distributed among readers, even as free ? Futhermore how can I get some genuine reviews about it? Do members offer such voluntary services here?

you need to make a bio. there are places where you can have your book I arc for BookSirens, Booksprout, netgalley, edelweiss, and Voracious Reader.
they do giveaways here all for the purpose of getting your book seen and hopefully reviewed. I don't what any of them charge, but it is a start.
