What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Sorry for the vagueness, but from what I remember, it was dual-pov. The main characters were held in these camps to be tested on, which, if I remember correctly, were separated by gender. The mmc’s name was Book (weird, I know) and his friend's name was Cat (I think?).

The fmc had a twin, which was the subject of their whole experiments in the medical lab, but I don’t remember either of their names. They all ended up running away from this camp and the leaders chased them.

Again, this is very vague, so sorry about that, but this book is nowhere on the internet when I try to google what I remember and it’s driving me insane.
