I almost exclusively read from my TBR by your definition (only exceptions would be re-reads and a very occasional challenge read), which means right now that would be 50+ books a month.

Donna - for the bonus, if the MC character does something sporty, like plays a game of basketball with friends or goes jogging or works out, would those things count? Or you looking for sports to be a theme in the book?

I have an over abundance of books I added in 2013-2014 when I first joined GR, got my first Kindle, found out this thing called Amazon has FREE books... Anyway, I don't think I'll ever run out of pre-2024 books on my TBR
I hate reading on my kindle, so only really use it for books I can't get hold of otherwise.My TBR is also limited to books I already own. There are many other books I am interested in, but I don't count it as being on my TBR until I own a copy. this helps keep the numbers under 1000 usually, lol!
