Clean Reads discussion

I have three books that I’m wondering if they’re clean. My definition of clean is no profanity and no sex. I haven’t heard of any of these authors so any help would be appreciated.

The Fifth Avenue Apartment by Pamela Kelley

Call the Canaries Home by Laura Barrow

I haven't read the Mermaid Chair, but I know that the plot involves a married woman having an affair with a Monk (from what I read on the Amazon reviews).

So I just slipped on over to Amazon to read the sample for The Mermaid chair..... NOT Profanity clean for sure. ran across two just in the sample and one was the worst word.
