I read this a couple of years back and remember it being oh-so good! Looking forward to a reread.
September 2024’s Book of the Month selection is Save Me a Seat by Sarah Weeks & Gita Varadarajan
Categories: realistic fiction, middle school, immigration, disability (auditory processing), bullying.
Content Rating: Target age 9-11. Joe is used to people making assumptions about him—big, always hungry, not doing so well in class. Ravi is used to being the star student—but moving to the United States has changed everything in ways he never expected.
