EVERYONE IS TEAM KAI SO WHY TF LAUREN???
So, i kinda just wanted to hear some theories about book 3??

kai might fight with with his brother along with the army of people who don't have full power. At the end kai's brother will let kai marry paiden.

I have a feeling that we won't get a Kitt pov, and Kitt will die, although probably by accident. I don't feel like Kai would kill Kitt (although I won't put it past him). Idk there's so much room for Lauren to do whatever the heck she wants.

I feel like Kai is gonna help Pae and her team(I forgot their name but beside the point!) and try to persuade Kitt with them but a big war happens and Kitt eventually dies and their gonna have a happily ever after when Kai shows the kingdom that Ordinaries are not diseased (AND MAK IS GONNA TAKE REVENGE FROM BLAIR)

Honestly I think we're gonna start liking Kitt more but SO MANY THINGS COULD HAPPEN. I think at the end, Kitt will finally understand and be on the right side and then someone in the resistance will kill him right when that happens.

I don’t know if it makes that much sense actually but one of my friends brought me on on this so, what if Pae’s real mother is actually also Kitts mother. In this case the wedding couldn’t be because Kitt and Pae would be half siblings but Pae and Kai could still be a thing. But Id actually also be down if Kai and Pae try to run away and Kitt kills them…

I might actually die... and I will take Kitt with me!

I am CONCERNED Kitt is going to go a little (or a lot) sadistic, and challenge Kai's loyalty even more.

It could go either way because we all know Kitt is a sweetie, but I dunnooo. I'm so worried he's going to go too far punishing Pae.

I don't think Kai would ever try to kill Kitt though, no matter what. He'd probably rather go on the run with Pae or die trying. Kitt on the other hand... I know he's mourning, but hopefully he hits rock bottom or something and snaps out of it.

I feel like Kitt is losing a grasp on his mental stability, also that ending had me so confused. Although I think that Kitt will either die or start realizing how Kai and Pae are together and accuse Kai of betrayal. (I really hope this doesn’t escalate into a love triangle being the plot)

THEORIEEESSS

- the guy who’s Kitt’s advisor who also works in the Resistance (mind manipulation Elite) manipulated Kitt into proposing so that the Resistance would have the king under their control and the face of the rebellion as queen

- Mak is Paedyn’s brother

- Paedyns parents aren’t dead

- Paedyn gets her revenge on Bitchy Blair for killing Adena, Blair wants revenge on Paedyn for winning the trials and marrying Kitt, she probably tried to call off the wedding

- Kitt dies (hopefully) and Pae becomes queen

- The mixes, the resistance, and mak all work together to overthrow Ilya

My theories:

1. Kai and Paedyn run away to Tando or the other place that isn't Dor. They then get married

2. Kai and Paedyn meet with an army of Mixes and start a war

3. There was smth else but I've forgotten

Well my main one is that Calum ( Kitts advisor and the Mind Reader Paedyns father met on the street) is working still with the Resistance, and that he manipulated Kitt into thinking that marrying Paedyn was best (still not sure how but ok) for the kingdom, and his plan is to make Paedyn the Queen so she will have more control and the Resistance can take over; I then think he will plot to kill Kitt, so they can fully take over but that will cause tension between Pae and Kai (please not again 🙏) because obviously that’s his brother and if he’s killed by the resistance then he’ll know that she’d have something to do with it (supposedly). Either that or Pae and Kai will escape to another kingdom, because they were mentioned and why would they be there if they weren’t going to be useful later on, gathering from previous experiences. But that could make the book too similar to reckless but idk. We’ve only got to wait till April guys 😭

these theories are crazy. pretty sure lauren roberts can just choose one and go with it

I feel like Mak is going to get a POV, and will have the ultimate revenge on Blair… I also think Lauren will have mercy on us poor book fans and finally give Pae and Kai a happy ending 😭

i saw somewhere on piterest that lauren said there will be 3 perpectives so people are debating kai, paedyn and mak or blair. so maybe the 3rd person will do soemthing abt this whole 'you are to be my bride thing'

Personally I think that it will be Kai, Paedyn, and Kitt like in book 2

Two things I'd like to say:

1. Lauren Roberts, please give Kai and Pae a happy ending.
2. KITT I WILL KICK YOUR ROYAL ASS IF YOU HURT KAI OR PAE (ACTUALLY MIGHT JUST KICK HIS ROYAL ASS ANYWAY, HE DESERVES IT)

I think that Pae will marry Kitt, kill him, and marry Kai. Like, then she'll be the queen, with Kai and ordinanry will be back. Oh, and she'll have a kid, but won"t know who the father is

I think Pae will learn about Callum being Kitt's advisor, and either Callum will betray Kitt and help Paedyn and Kai OR he has been beside the royal family since the Resistance started and he will end up being the evil one of the story. (manipulating Kitt into doing things for him)

While I think this would be a good way to end the story there are a couple blairing plot holes. Wouldn't it be a bit weird that Kitt loved Paedyn at all given they would be half siblings. It would also mean that Kitt would be a mix instead of a dual weilder elite like he is. He would also be more likely to have mundane powers. Another thing is wouldn't she be part of the lineage that was in the front of the book. Anyways if the author manages to make this work and prove that interbreeding with ordinaries wouldn't slowly extinct the elite society that would solve the kings main purposes for the purge. And give us a little uncomfortable but satisfying ending.

Peadyn is not going to Marry Kitt so I have a feeling that she is going to fight and possibly murder him then run away with Kai.

lauren told us that by the end of book 3 we will have been to every major land mark; and that hints at the possibility of pae running although i doubt it bcuz she didnt want to run

also idk where i saw this (sorry guys): but im pretty sure lauren also told us that there will be a happy ending for kai and pae although i could be very extremely wrong cuz i cant properly remember!

also i saw this theory on reels and i lwk totally agree so ill js spread it around but heres what i think:

the cover of fearless is a bloody crown, and who wears the crown? kitt. its covered with blood so there is a significant chance that the bloody crown is a symbol about the death of the king (kitt.)

somehow, my gut is telling me pae is gonna have a secret power (yes pls i could LIVE off that) but at the same time it wipes away the whole storyline

any which ways, the 3rd book has HUGE and significant amount of potential built up by book 1, and i wouldnt put it past lauren to give us the most depressing ending to ever exist, so lets see !! so excited guys omg i pre-ordered it 4 as a bday present to myselfff

also however, on the book covered of reckless it says "destined for each other." and now on fearless it says "destined for each other?"
WHY THE QUESTION MARK LAUREN.. is the ending not gonna be happy..

I have a feeling Kitt will start off resenting Pae, wanting her to suffer by staying close to him because they had grown to like each other a little bit before. But as they spend more time together, his feelings will shift, and he will genuinely start to like her. I am unsure how Kai will react to Kitt and Pae or how Pae will cope with being forced into a marriage with Kitt when her heart belongs to Kai. Kai is going to have to either hold his temper and figure out a way to maybe fake her death or something to steal her away or some other solution. I honestly hope they can just all get along and heal from all of the death and devastation they have been through.

I think that kai is going to kill kitt to be with payden and then flee to izram. but I also think that makoto is going to come back and bring some sort of plot point. I think the tension will be at an all time high and that Calum is going to have some sort of fight with kai considering it was calums idea

Ok i think one of these will happen:
1)Kitt dies. In powerful, there was blood on the needle and adena died, and since there is blood on an emerald crown on the fearless cover, I think kitt will die. Lauren said that there is a bittersweet ending, which means that pae and kai could get a happy ending at the expense of kitts life.
2)Pae dies. Lauren said that her and kitts song is 'my tears richochet' and the person telling the story in that song says 'and if I'm dead to you why are you at the wake' and paedyn is dead to kitt, and the person telling the story also says, 'you had to kill me but it killed you just the same'. I hope this doesn't happen tho. Again with the bittersweet ending, although this is more bitter. Also if this happens, kai may kill himself, and/or bury her with poppies/flowers.

I also hope mak kills blair.

So, in my personal opinion, I think Lauren is possible of putting us through emotional pain just so we're hungover on the book as long as possible, because, again, she is also thinking business-like and needs people to think about her book for as long as possible. It's kind of possible, but not completely since that would also make some people hate Powerless for not giving the ending everyone needed.

In all her videos about Fearless, she looks pretty smug as if she's hiding something. The "Destined for each other?" part is probably the part putting us in anticipation the most, which is exactly what she wants. She needs readers to be on the tips of their toes while waiting for the last book, even if Kai and Paedyn end up together because that's book marketing. The destined for each other probably means that Kai and Pae will go through a lot in the book which will make us question whether they end up together or not, but it's actually just an experience and they do end up together. That's why it's a question because they will go through so much that we'll be questioning it ourselves. By that, I mean maybe Kai sees Kitt and Pae together and it hurts him so much, and like the poet he is, he describes it in such a painful way that we start feeling bad for him. Maybe he's trying to keep himself away from Pae and they get into so many fights and she spends a lot of time with Kitt, which would also make us think whether Kai and Paedyn are meant for each other. In the end, I'm sure Lauren will find a way to show that Kai and Pae are definitely meant for each other because I'm going to be really mad if they don't end up together.

Also, notice how she's only releasing quotes where either brother could be talking to Pae, making us think that there is a possibility where Kitt ends up with her, when we all know that could never happen. Pae is not the type of girl to settle for the other brother just because the one she loves died. The quotes make us think that Kitt could be the one talking to her when the quote said something about putting every man on their knees in the kingdom, but then again, Kai is the ENFORCER. He has said before that Kitt was only involved in business trades or kingdom-related issues. Kai was the one killing people and FORCING people to tell the truth, so could he be the one FORCING everyone on their knees for Pae?

Let's also not forget that Kai is madly in love with Pae. Like, obsessed with her, and she's slowly falling in love with him too. Even if Kitt is shown to be a better person throughout Fearless, we already have an impression on Kai and Lauren knows no matter how much she makes Kitt better, we'll always prefer Kai. Because we fell in love with him FIRST.

I don't think Pae will end up dying because Kai is the type of man who would go right after her if she died. His life is practically dependent on her, so I don't think she'd end up dying.

Basically, my conclusion is that Lauren is trying to trick us and keep us in anticipation. She's hinting at every single thing that could mean Kai and Pae won't end up together, but why would she do that if they actually don't end up together? She's definitely not emotionally preparing us because that would basically be a spoiler, but she's trying to use reverse psychology to make us think that she's emotionally preparing us for whatever happens with Kai and Pae. My opinion on the bittersweet ending is that Kitt dies. That's the only thing that makes sense. Either Kitt dies, or Kai leaves the kingdom with Pae and they live together like a normal couple and start a family normally in a normal house. This would mean that Kai is no longer the enforcer and that would make sense for an ending for both of them. Honestly, them living in the castle together in the end is confusing regardless of whether Kitt is alive or not. I feel like they definitely will be going away from the kingdom and will find a place of their own. It could also mean that Kai and Pae end up losing a lot of people, but still have each other, hence why it would be bittersweet. Kai could lose Dax or Kitt and Pae could lose someone close to her too at that time, but Kai and Pae still ends up together.

Well I have heard some theories about how Lauren said that the ending of this next book is bittersweet 🫥. So that could be hinting to that she ends up with Kitt OR Kitt dies which would be saddening.

I definitely think that Lauren is going to make us start liking Kitt more. We're going to be thinking "Oh! Well maybe he isn't so bad!" and then he'll do some horrible thing and make us hate him.

I think ya'll are forgetting that lauren said we will get to go everywhere on the map by the end of this trilogy. also PLEASEEE kill off bitchyblair

i feel like something really unexpected is going to happen cuz in a usual scenario like that the author would kill off kitt and make paedyn and kai together. i really don't want kitt to die because i still root for him ish. maybe kai fights kitt to the death and after that kai feels so much remorse that he can't love paedyn and lets her go. maybe like a really sad ending.

those are js my theories, not what i want to happen. i think jax will probably die, and i reallly REALLY want blair to die. maybe like blair kills jax and kitt kills blair and then everyone likes him again and then he betrays him all. (i hope he doesn't tho)

another theory is that kai and paedyn die, but they die in each others arms and kitt realizes his actions and becomes a good king. Then he (gettin real specific here) uses all the shillings tossed in the fountain from when pae and kitt went to the fountain together (in powerless) to make a statue/something else with kai and paedyn together in their honor, named "enforcer and ordinary: destined till death" or smth like that.

or maybe most of the mcs die and ilya accepts ordinaries because of their sacrifice. also i think adena and ava are somewhat connected because lauren roberts made us think that kai was bringing a sticky bun to adena in her grave in the first chapter of reckless. plus they both have names that start with a, adena died right before kai went to honor ava's grave, both liked sticky buns, and both are... yk dead.

maybe at the end its still gonna have a cliffhanger js one that's slowly gonna make sense over the other novellas lauren roberts is going to make. i mean she has to make more novellas right? its like the most popular young adult book of the year. that way she can keep her audience by feeding them more info slowly instead of making them already know the ending and giving us these different povs of other characters thru the trials.

-why is calum giving the dang king a ring to marry pae
-why is kitt marrying a ordinary
-where is lenny and the others
-is the queen going to die
-is mak going to make a appearance (idk if he's alive i haven't finished powerful)

anyways those are my theories ill probably think of like 50 more before fearless is released.

holy cow i just finished reckless like less then 10 minutes ago. im still like staring at my book wondering what the hell just happened. im thinking the reason kitt's marrying pae is because he knows that something happened between kai and pae and he wants them to both suffer maybe? i have no clue, im not a huge fan of kitt. all im asking is kai and pae end up together in the end. thats literally all i want. anyway we're like 8 days away from getting the new book. i honestly dont know how ill survive. i dont know how any of the people who reckless when it first came out are surviving. im just so mad abt that cliffhanger 😭

omg i was talking to my friend who is also powerless-obsessed, and we were talking about kai's last name, BUT my friend noticed something; "Azer" is similar to azul, which is Spanish for blue. AND WHAT COLOUR ARE PAEDYN'S EYES? BLUE. KAI'S EYES ARE GRAY, AND PAEDYN'S LAST NAME IS GRAY. I can't tell if that should've automatically clicked in by brain first thing but it just proves they are destined for each other (without the question mark guys) :)
