I don't like ghost stories. I am not planning to read this book. Although, perhaps, I will change my mind later.

I had to read it twice, but I liked it. As always with Wharton this is well written & I liked the way it is structured.
I found I did have this collection on my kindle after all (duh!) but I will probably spread the read over several months.

The lady's maid's bell (1904)
The eyes (1910)
Afterward (1910)
Kerfol (1916)
The triumph of night (1914)
Miss Mary Pask (1925)
Bewitched (1925)
Mr Jones (1928)
Pomegranate seed (1931)
The looking glass (1935)
All souls' (1937)
I found all of the stories in various collections on hoopla and archive. I am posting this list so I can keep track of which story comes next. (I like to read in chronological order.)

Quite a few of these books are on Youtube as audiobooks. I haven't actually checked them all.
