Sam has to give notification to Irma Gibson, Peter’s mother, and she lashes out at Sam. She even blamed Sam for everything that had happened to Peter. Was she out of line or just being a mother supporting her son?

Irma has heard only Peter's side of things and thinks Sam is the worst thing that ever happened to her son. She is blind to the real Peter and some of the stuff he has pulled.

Irma believed her son's version of events. Her anger and resentment are understandable.
