Need help finding this book. Heroine is taking care of female cousins child as mother since birth. Cousin is fast hangs out with fast rich crowd. Heroine gets job with baby’s uncle , he dates the cousin but likes the heroine. Hero wants to marry heroine. Mother of hero knows once she sees baby that’s her grandchild but not which son is father but finds out and forces marriage. Hero thinks child is brother’s and that heroine had affair with married brother and gave birth to child. Heroine doesn’t want to lose baby by telling the truth.
