The heroine is a nanny in another country for a couple and falls in love wit the H and vice versa. The evil OW plants some jewelry in her room and she gets fired. The stupid H falls for it and is so hurt she would do this.

It all comes out in the end, but I can't remember if the h was pregnant as well.
