With a career spanning five decades, he rose to prominence for portraying Detective Kenneth "Hutch" Hutchinson in the American television series Starsky & Hutch from 1975 to 1979. Dame Margaret Natalie Smith (28 December 1934 – 27 September 2024) was a British actress. She received numerous accolades and is one of the few performers to earn the Triple Crown of Acting.

James Earl Jones (January 17, 1931 – September 9, 2024) was an American actor. Born in Arkabutla, Mississippi, Jones had a stutter from childhood. A pre-med major in college, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army during the Korean War before pursuing a career in acting. A pioneer for black actors in the entertainment industry, he is known for his extensive and acclaimed roles on stage and screen. Jones is one of the few performers to achieve the EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony).

6. Jimmy Carter
James Earl Carter Jr. (October 1, 1924 – December 29, 2024) was an American politician and humanitarian who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981. A member of the Democratic Party, he was the longest-lived U.S. president and the first to reach 100 years of age. Born and raised in Plains, Georgia. He returned home after his military service to revive his family's peanut-growing business before beginning a career in Georgia politics, where he supported the civil rights movement as a state senator and later as governor.

Nerene Virgin (December 27, 1946 – January 15, 2024) was a Canadian journalist, actress,[ educator, author and television host. She was a great-granddaughter of escaped Maryland slave Thomas John (Howard) Holland, and great-niece of pastor John Christie Holland. Virgin began her career as a teacher, working for the Toronto Board of Education. 17. Mike Pinder
Michael Thomas Pinder (27 December 1941 – 24 April 2024) was an English rock musician. He was a founding member and the original keyboard player of the rock group the Moody Blues. He left the group following the recording of the band's ninth album Octave in 1978. Pinder was renowned for his technological contributions to rock music, most notably in the development and emergence of the Mellotron in 1960s rock music. In 2018, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Moody Blues. He was the last surviving member of the group's original lineup.

Bernard Hill (17 December 1944 – 5 May 2024) was an English actor. He was known for his versatile roles in both television and film, and his career spanned over fifty years. Hill first gained prominence as the troubled hard man Yosser Hughes in Alan Bleasdale's Play for Today drama The Black Stuff and its sequel. He also appeared on television in I, Claudius, the BBC Television Shakespeare productions of Henry VI, Part 1, 2, and 3, and Richard III, Great Expectations, and Wolf Hall. Ian Denbigh White (3 June 1949 – 6 May 2024), known professionally as Ian Gelder, was a British actor. Adopting his mother's maiden name of Gelder for his stage name he began acting professionally in an ITV Sunday Night Theatre episode in 1972. Alice Ann Munro (10 July 1931 – 13 May 2024) was a Canadian short story writer who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2013. Dabney Wharton Coleman (January 3, 1932 – May 16, 2024) was an American actor. He was recognized for his roles portraying egomaniacal and unlikeable characters in comedic performances. In his first recurring role on television, he played Dr. Leon Bessemer, a neighbor and friend of the protagonist, in the first season of That Girl. Coleman landed the role of primary antagonist Franklin Hart Jr. in the 1980 film 9 to 5, in which he portrayed a sexist boss.

23. Johnny Wactor
John William Wactor III (August 31, 1986 – May 25, 2024) was an American actor known for playing Brando Corbin on the series General Hospital and Johnny on the NBC series Siberia. On May 25, 2024, Wactor was killed when three men tried to steal his automobile's catalytic converter in downtown Los Angeles. He was 37-years-old.

Benjamin Gregory Hertzberg known professionally as Benji Gregory (May 26, 1978 – June 13, 2024) was an American child actor and voice artist best known for playing Brian Tanner on the sitcom ALF. Gregory made several appearances on the television sitcom Punky Brewster, playing an orphan named "Dash," and supplied the voice of Edgar the Mole in the animated feature Once Upon a Forest.

Shelley Alexis Duvall (July 7, 1949 – July 11, 2024) was an American actress and producer. Known for her collaborations with Robert Altman and for playing eccentric characters. Though hesitant to become an actress, she continued to work with him. 30. Dr. Ruth
Karola Ruth Westheimer (née Siegel; June 4, 1928 – July 12, 2024), better known as Dr. Ruth, was a German and American sex therapist and talk show host. Westheimer was born in Germany to a Jewish family. As the Nazis came to power, her parents sent the 10-year-old girl to a school in Switzerland for safety while they remained behind because of her elderly grandmother. Both were killed in concentration camps. After World War II, she emigrated to British-controlled Mandatory Palestine. At 4 feet 7 inches tall and 17 years of age, she joined the Haganah, and was trained as a sniper. On her 20th birthday, she was wounded in action by an exploding shell during mortar fire on Jerusalem during the 1947–1949 Palestine War, and almost lost both feet.
