Josie figures out that Gretchen had a child by the Soul Mate Strangler and that the Devil’s Blade bikers had given her protection until the baby was born. What gave it away to Josie? Had you figured out that Ethan was her son? When Gretchen said she needed more time, did you understand what she meant?

I did figure out that she was probably pregnant by the SMS. I didn't want to believe it but after Gretchen told Josie that she and Billy never used Birth control for two years, it was probably not Billy's child. I also figured out that Ethan was Gretchen's son. He was adopted and had a bizarre interest in serial killers. I had no clue as to why Gretchen needed more time.
