Thanks, I appreciate your feedback. I’m glad you think that the discussions have been good so far. And no worries about choosing a topic. I just wanted to put the option out there in case anyone was interested. If you ever have any suggestions in the future, feel free to share!

This is a wild thought and certainly not something that we have to do this time or at all--might require more people anywho--but I love talking about books as you read them: chapters at a time, like how you used to in high school English.
So, say: A Gentleman in Moscow is 462 pages, and we're reading it over 3 weeks. 462/3=154 pages a week. Tidy that up to however many chapters per week and create 3 discussion boards pertaining to those chunks of chapters. Of course we can read at whatever pace we want to and visit whichever discussion whenever we want to. It would allow for ongoing and more specific discussions with a minimized threat of spoilers.

That's actually a great idea. It makes it easier for us to have more in depth discussions, and could help this server become more active.

That sounds interesting. I like it. Thanks for sharing your idea. Maybe we can start doing this for the next group read.

So a discussion thread specifically for giving book suggestions for group reads? If so, I can definitely do that. That sounds like a great idea actually thanks 🙂

For example, do you like the discussion topics so far? Would any of you be interested in choosing the discussion topic for the week? What else would you like to see in the group? Or anything along these lines.
Thanks so much for being a part of this group! I appreciate it. I enjoy interacting with you. 😊
