Each of our April Group Reads was written by a woman and I also noticed many of our recent selections were written by women. Love to see our group enjoying these stories and recognizing women can write some really good horror.

Patrick Ellard | 25 comments Three quarters of this book are excellent. I liked the folk horror setting, it's creepy at times and the central mystery is gripping right up until the point that it isn't.
