Hello,

My co-author and I have each complained several times and was told someone will take appropriate action yet nothing is done. We have an ARC reader that purposefully wrote a slanderous review full of lies about our new book to try to crush our ratings. Everything she claims on her review is either false or had been changed before publication. She’s using her homophobic, discriminatory, bias view of how love and romance should be shown in books, stating our book was not “safe and acceptable” as a romance because it didn’t follow a formula of heterosexual girl meets heterosexual guy and has an immediate monogamous relationship. Our story is more complex than that. It is a women’s romantic fiction. This girl is toxic and shouldn’t be allowed to post such a hateful review full of lies. Can one of the librarians please take this seriously and remove her 1 star review from our book. It breaks your review rules. Thank you.
