When did it become clear that Colette was not murdered by Ivan or Sutton? Was Grady ever on your horizon as a suspect? Do you believe he would have killed Laura after holding her at knifepoint?

Grady wasn't high on my list, but he was there. I was shocked when he grabbed Laura and threatened her. I didn't think he had that kind of violence in him.

I revised the question as I meant “was NOT murdered by Ivan or Sutton.”

Ivan was besotted with Colette and when that became clear, I permanently ruled him out. Sutton didn’t get his hands dirty anymore, which is why he used people like Ivan.

For no real reason, I had an initial spark about Grady when they were verifying alibis. He was home and that gave me pause. But it didn’t last long. I think he might have hurt Laura if Josie hadn’t talked him down.

When we found out Grady was leaving the company to Laura, I suspected him. I was so angry with her that I thought, "Well, there must be something here."
