Shhhh We're Reading! discussion

Hello everyone! I just wanted to create the discussion so if we have anyone who wants to make predictions, and for those who are joining can let us know when you have your copies ready to go.

We will start reading this on May 1st, 2025 and will finish on May 31st, 2025. We will allow you to read at your own pace, but all we ask is you kindly refrain from using spoilers so the book doesn't get ruined for anyone.

I am soooooooo excited this one won. I am going to be ordering this off Amazon and will let you know for sure. I am hoping to join this but life can get crazy so I am going to do my best!

As far as myself I didn't get time to order it, but I am still going to try to join this but my copy will be arriving late.

We are starting this book TOMORROW! I am so excited and I'm hoping this one is enjoyable for everyone. I am also excited to see the comments on this.

We will start by reading 3 chapters a day and will discuss and post thoughts and opinions and then once everyone is ready to move on then we will read the next 3 and so on. That's going to be obviously for those who are breaking the book down into sections.

Now we will allow you to read at your own pace, but please don't spoil the book for anyone. Let's tackle this together and let us know when your copy is ready to go!

Officially starting this today! I can't wait to see the comments of this and I really hope everyone enjoys this one! I will say this looks soooooo good and promising.

Just started reading this yesterday and already about 40% done, super quick read! I'll hold my thoughts until the end...

Dang girl already 40% and you started yesterday... To me that sounds promising.

This book was "eh" for me. The story was boring and predictable. I'm honestly not a fan of story retellings, in general, since I think they lack originality, and this story was no different. The entire plot was predictable, including the twists changed from the original story. I think the only reason why I didn't DNF this book was because I listened to it while driving. If I had to physically read this book, I would have tossed it on the DNF pile 50 pages in.

I had high hopes for this one based on all the hype around it. But this one wasn’t one for me.

@elisabeth I’m sorry to hear this girl! Hey we all have bad books and at least you’re honest. now I’m nervous based on what you said and Kristen said to read this, but I’m a type of person that’s not gonna judge a book by their cover.
