Hannah | 8 comments I just finished A Quiet Kind Of Thunder and it’s definitely a 5 star rating. Its about a selective mute girl who is trying to find her voice (with some help of medication) and meets a deaf boy and they bond and like totally fall in love. Its SO CUTE. (Tw: No spice exactly but does have sex scene(s) they dont really go into detail though so. If you like that kinda stuff youll be disappointed if you dont like that kinda stuff it doesnt have that much and you can skip it) i think this trope is so cute and unique

Evangeline Snracky☕️ | 3 comments I just finished the audiobook for the Cabin in the Woods and I wouldn’t say it was a five star for me, but I will say it kept me very engaged and like, “I have to know what happens next” it follows a woman who is living in this abandoned cabin under suspicious circumstances, and throughout the book you’re trying to figure out what she’s hiding from. There’s different POV chapters but they’re all her from different times in her life, and everything leading up to where she is now. And as everything starts to unfold I genuinely thought it was going one way and then it pulled a 180 and suddenly everything started to click. I don’t usually listen to thrillers, but I thought it was just really good. It could be a little triggering there are some topics of abuse and childhood trauma, and the main message of the book is getting justice for victims of abuse, but overall it was really good and had a good message.
