A lot of groups have a general chat topic that seems to be popular among the membership. I haven't created one because frankly I don't participate in them. I have friends and social media in real life for general chat when I feel the need, which is not that often since I'd usually rather read something instead.
However, a general chat topic about topics concerning short SF might be of some value. A love of short SF reading material is one thing we all have in common, and people who share that interest might not be so easily found in real life. Therefore, creating this topic to discuss news, opinions, or thoughts along short SF works lines could have value.
