I've read up to Ch 23 (242 pgs) and it's a lot slower than ACOTAR was, I feel.

I HATED when Tamlin locked Feyre in the mansion, how could he?! Though if she never told him the hell she went through Under the Mountain (where Rhysand actually knows), then I can see why he wouldn't think it was that big a deal and that he was protecting her. They never talked through their traumas under Amarantha. I'm enjoying being in Velaris, the city no other courts know about. And slowly peeling back Rhysand's layers, watching Feyre learn more about him and LIKE more about him. I like Cassian and Azriel. I'm VERY curious about Amren.

I will start today. The audio book is available in Hoopla, it's over 23 hours! Wow :)

This one is probably my favourite of the series!

I'm a little less than 25% in and so far it is good. I feel like it is a little slow. Also, if you listen to the audio book at 1.00 speed it is so slow! I'm listening at 2.00 and could probably doe 2.25 or 2.5...hahah

I made it to Ch 39. I'm a bit behind my 20 pgs/day to finish by the 31st. Like 100 pgs lol. I skipped a few days last week of reading from it. I'm enjoying Feyre learning what power she's gotten from each High Lord and how she's using it. But this is still a pretty slow book. I'll keep one May Hoopla borrow saved (I have 3 left) in case I need to switch to audio to get this done more quickly.

I'm doing all Hoopla audio for this one and it's been okay so far. I'm about 8 hours in with a little over 15 to go.

I finished it. Say what you want about SJM but that woman can write a fight scene. They were amazing in Throne of Glass and they're amazing in these ones! Killer ending. Glad I don't have to wait years to continue lol.

WOW, just finished today and I'm walking around with a goofy look on my face - like what just happened! I'm thinking about how I'm going to rate this, I'm between 4-5 stars.

I want to jump right into the next week, but I also feel like I need a week or two to digest. What are you thinking Elyse? I just checked and ACOWAR is 25 hours on audio - yikes!

Now that I've got fresh Hoopla borrows, I can do e-book, audiobook, and physical book so yeah, let's wait a week.
