Ohhh…I hope no one was counting on the audiobook on Hoopla, because they removed it for some reason.😬

My home library doesn't have OSaS but another library in the system thing does... the only problem is that that library got the book in January, and the library system has this rule that when a library gets a new book, there can't be any interlibrary loans for it for 6 month, which means it's not available for me to read this month. My Libby doesn't have it either, so it looks like I'll have to miss out on reading the BotM with y'all again. 🫤


But I hope all of y'all who read it enjoy it!!

I believe Hoopla is library specific but maybe not.

Libby is, and I thought Hoopla was too, but I recently learned that Hoopla operates differently. I think Hoopla offers what it wants, but your library provides the service. For instance, my library offers both ebooks and audiobooks that they purchased the license for through Libby. Through Hoopla, however, they only offer the audiobook service, but the library doesn’t own the licenses for the books. I suppose Hoopla does, but I am not sure about that.

I'm at page 359 I believe. It's soooo good but the fact that there is still another book coming has me a little sad because it means stuff won't get tied up in this book...
