I think that Caoihme had multiple personality disorder. I think she was equally as I’ll as Lizzie and she hid it. Not that it’s a bad thing, but if so, she’d be a total hypocrite.

guys I dont understand one thing, didn't Lizzie heard Caoihme screaming to Mark that he raped Gibsie?? So why didn't she told that at the funeral when Gibsie didnt know what to do?? And why didn't she believed him in Taming 7??

I think she mentioned that she wrote the letter in case anything was to happen to her in that house (by mark or herself) so I'm not entirely sure whether it was suicide or mark, but anything is possible, I change my mind everyday

Mark definitely killed her. Lizzie remembers bits of that night and mentions being in the car with an unconscious Caoimhe with mark driving. Mark kept both girls locked in her bedroom for around 3 weeks and Caoimhe knew she might not get out alive so she wrote the letter to Gibs because she didn’t believe him when he told her. Mark then wrote a suicide note on Caoimhes behalf.

The rape is not mentioned in the note mark wrote, a few people outside their family have read it and it doesn’t mention it. The rape is only a notion because of what lizzie said at the funeral.

Lizzie reacted the way she did after finding out a bout Gibs because it confirmed that her own abuse wasn’t hallucinating it was real. She didn’t say anything at the funeral because she was crushed by his response and knew no one would believe her, I guess she probably thought it was his decision to say anything or that she was imagining it. She thought got a long time that mark was the monster in her imagination.
