I have given almost every book I've read this year 5 stars and I feel like I need to stop but at the same time I pick out books for a reason and my friend randomly got me this one so I wasn't sure what to expect
I ended up loving it but it did leave me with quite a few questions and confusions that may have been from it being 3am when I finished it and I just needed to go to sleep
also I was kinda put off at first by the main character being 9 at the start of the book but she does age over the book and as someone who loves history it was really interesting to read about the events of WW2 on these performers
don't ask why I have written an entire long thing here because idk I just felt like it😂
