Bookaholics discussion

Hello Bookaholics!!! I just wanted to let everyone know that this will be the thread we will use for those who are joining the discussion for First-Time Caller. This one won by 1 vote so I am interested to see the comments on this one.

We will be starting this one July 30th, 2025 and we will read this throughout the whole month of August. We are allowing 2 day head start since life can get in the way. Grab your copies and please let us know when your copy is ready so we can see who all is ready to go!

We also will allow you to read at your own pace, but we are kindly going to ask that you put the spoiler tab so the book doesn't get ruined for anyone.

I will say I'm nervous to read this, I am going to have to opt out on this one, also this might be one that I will have to read on my own but I hope this one is enjoyable for other people!

Just started this today on chapter 4 now. I’m not sure how I feel about this book it’s a pretty slow start

I mean your not far into the book yet, so it may take a few chapters to really get a feel of how you like it. Keep us updated and hopefully your body will let you know if you like it or not for sure....

Just finished! To me this was a 4-4.5 read. I liked it in the end but to me it was lacking for a rom-com book overall it was a good book

Just a check in with everyone, for those who are reading this- how are we liking this one? Been quiet in this thread and I am interested to hear thoughts....
