Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi, I have written a short story which was published by Simon & Schuster UK on their official website in 2014. I had won a contest.

I would like to know if I can list this on my author page as a publication. It has never been for sale, but it has been free to read as an individual work ever since 2014. This is part of the Arkady Renko ouvre from Martin Cruz Smith, as that author judged the contest, which was about his character. S&S holds the copyright so I can't publish it as a book.

I only got the idea to list it because Martha Wells has short stories in her list which were not generally for sale, and I came across them recently and read them online via Goodreads. I did not need to buy them as they are still freely available.
