I was considering listening to the audio version of The Sunset Limited for one of the tasks. The print edition is 143 pages, but the unabridged audio is only 1 hour 43 minutes.

I know there is a rule that abridged audios must be a minimum of 2 hours in length, but does that also apply to unabridged when the print edition meets the minimum 100 pages?

No, if there is a print edition that qualifies, you are good with that book. I wasn't around when the 2hr rule was made for abridged, but I am guessing they felt that length pretty much guaranteed it was at least 100 pages with no other way to tell. If anything, your book is an example that supports that idea.
