A Shade of Vampire question

Are you a fan of vampires? I'm really not. Twilight was a good book (not series). I enjoyed reading it, but I don't pick subsequent books based on the vampire content.
I've never read the book this topic is about either lol. I'm just curious if you love all that is vampire.
