2. 4th Edition is a perfectly fine thing to put in that field.
New editions usually get new ISBNs. If yours has the same ISBN, what is different other than the publication year? It sounds like it might be a different printing, rather than a different edition.

1. Maria Helena da Rocha Pereira is author's name not role. Also, her role should read "Introdução, versão do grego e notas" (or "Introd., versão do grego e notas" due to character limitation) and not "Intr., trad. e notas de" (in title page author identifies as making version not translation).
2. Under edition, where if I'm not mistaken, should come things like "Anniversary edition" or "Large print" the user put the number of the edition: "4ª edição".
I tried to add a 5th edition, published in 2013, but was not able to due to conflicting ISBN. I'm guessing goodreads doesn't make distinction of number editions?
