VAMPS-R-US discussion

A lot of our favorite series have been turned into either movies or television series. Some fairing much better than most, lol. Which 1's did u actually like, which 1's do u think they should have just left well enough alone? And which did u actually like the show better than the book itself?

I think they should have left twilight as a book.

I love the TV series true blood (sookie stackhouse) and Bloodties.

Twilight most def should have been left alone!!!! lol

lol, definatly! the adds looked good but the movie i think is overrated

so true, and if u went on youtube to watch scenes, u so all the few decent part there were.

I loved the twilight saga and I do like the films but the books are way better... I feel same about the sookie stackhouse books... This series is my fav so I am even more critical of the tv show but I like the show, I just hope they dont change it tooo much and that Eric and sookie still hook up in season 4 imfao!!!!

Oh and I saw the first episode of the vampire diaries and did not like it. It was too different from the books and for no good reason IMFAO, I have not watched anymore of them, please do tell me if they get better but I liked the books and felt a bit let down by episode one!

Twilight Books to Movies - Ugh! They could have done a lot better! Sorry to the ones that like it! Edward is just not...I don't know.

Vampire Diaries - I love it! :)) I only read a little from the books but I'm planing to fix that soon. But the series are great, hands down. Even if they changes Elena, it is not that bad ^_^

Blood Ties - I have only seen the series. So I can't compare.

Sookie : Hmm, book - hate Bill. series - love him. But I guess is the actors fault. :)) I personally like the books better, but the series are awesome in their own way.

not that I can think of, although they say the house of the night books may be made into movies

i agree with you about the house of night series that woud be sooo kool if it was a movie but i think there might be way tooo many books for it cz theres like 6 books plus a 7th one coming, like come on theey cant make that many movie but it would be totally awesome if they could. personally i want the vampire academy to become a movie that would be awesome.
