I really enjoyed this book. It was nice to get a peek into the life of Michael Jackson that we normally don't know about. I just wish it would have been a more recent book so we can get what he was feeling now a days, before he died.
I love and have always loved Michael and his music. He will truely be the King Of Pop forever!!! While I wasn't even born when most of the events in this book take place it's nice to see what kind of childhood he had, even if it wasn't the best with all the performing and traveling.
I found myself searching for anything I could while I was reading the book to get another piece of the puzzle b/c I wasn't even around when he was starting. I searched youtube videos to see what he was talking about when he mentioned things from the Jackson 5 through his Motown 25 "Billie Jean" performance.
I truely adore MJ and he will be missed!!! RIP! This was a wonderful book!!!!!

I liked this book, very funny parts. I was even stifling a laugh out loud so I wouldn't be asked what I was reading at times. I don't know what I would have responded with if I had to answer the question "What's so funny?"
I enjoyed this book. It was a fast read with a lot of humor.

As with all the Meg Cabot books I've read this one was also very good. It was a quick read that kept me wanting to read more. I can't wait to read the next one...which I'm starting today...to see what happens with Lizzie and Luke.

Another great read by Meg Cabot. I've loved all of the books I've read by her and this one is no exception. I am excited for the last book to see what happens with Lizzie and Luke.

Still another great book by Meg Cabot. I was a little shocked by the outcome but I am very happy for Lizzie and Chaz. This series was very good and I hope to read more books by Meg Cabot.

Another hilarious book by Chelsea Handler...while I don't think it's as funny as her other book, My Horizontal Life, it still had me laughing. I don't know if these stories are true but if they are Chelsea has a mighty crazy life and gets herself in numerous unexpected, lol, situations.

I really liked this book. It was a horrible experience that happened but it was so well written and was very fast pased to read. I want to see the movie also, which I hope is not ruined by Hollywood, but one I will probably enjoy none-the-less.
I would not reccomend this book for those who do not like vulgar language and curse words though because this book is full of them!

I read the Gread Illustrated Classics version of the book so that is how I finished it so fast. I have 28 of these books to read so I will get through these books very fast...some may think I'm cheating b/c I'm reading "childrens" books but they are classics none-the-less and still have the same story.

Another Great Illustrated Classic book.
I didn't care much for the first story but the second two stories were much better.

Another Great Illustrated Classic book.
For some reason I thought this book was about a man going around the world in a hot air balloon...I guess I was wrong. I liked it either way though.
Took me a long time to get through it because I'm involved with the County Fair and I'm not home much to read. I'll have to catch up now!

I first heard of My Sister's Keeper because of the movie. I bought the book before I saw the movie however it sat on my shelf.
Two weeks ago I watched the movie and though it was pretty good. As I finished the book I was very surprised by the ending.
This book was very well written and a wonderful story. I loved the way she wrote the book from all the characters points of view. It was something different and I loved it.
This was an excellent book and I am excited to read more of Jodi Picoult's books in the future!

This was a very good book, however also very sad.
I've seen the movie and I was very surprised that it did not follow the book at all. Yes, the story line was basically the same but everything else was different.
All in all, this was a very good book. This is the second Nicholas Sparks book I've read and I have plans to read more in the future!

Another great Private book. Left with a huge cliff hanger as usual, the only thing I don't like about her books...but I guess it keeps you wanting to read more!

This book reminded me of the Chelsea Handler books...only a guys version and way more raunchy. I thought Chelsea was bad about some things but Tucker is way worse!

I really enjoyed this book. It gives you a glimpse into Miley's life and you learn that she isn't as perfect as people try to make her out to be.
I'm 25 and I like Miley Cyrus and I think the people who make rude comments about her are just jealous. She is just a normal girl living life the best way she knows how and has many of the flaws and problems that normals girls her age have.

This was just as strange as the first one...well maybe a little weirder!

Lady Gaga's music has been played a lot in my house. I love her music. This book was a great insight to this strange and very talented woman. It goes from her childhood through her Bad Romance single and meeting the Queen of England. It was nice to see what the story is behind why Lady Gaga does and why she dresses the way she does. She is truely an amazing artist that I hope will be around for a long time, and since she writes her own music it makes her all the more unique!

Another Great Illustrated Classic Book
Stories include:
Cinderella
Jack The Giant Killer
Tom Thumb
The Ugly Duckling
The Dragon And His Grandmother
Rumpelstiltskin
Pinkel The Thief
The Enchanted Wreath
Princess Mayblossom
How Monti Won The War

This is the third book I've read by Nicholas Sparks and it did not let me down. It was beautifully written and of course had me crying at the end.
Some people may not like his books, or so they say, because they are so predictable...however they have all been different in their own ways and all carry a different message. I loved this book and hope to read more by him very soon.

This book is filled from cover to cover with excellent information about the 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks, the 2 Water Parks, Downtown Disney and the numerous hotels on and around the Disney property.
I live just 2 hrs south of WDW and have traveled to the parks multiple times but I still found this information helpful and useful. I am planning a trip in May so I wanted to get the up to date informaiton about my favorite theme park and this book did just that!
I expecially like the fun finds and fun facts at the end of each attraction description as well as the Hidden Mickey sections.

Wow! I'm slacking on reading this month...only 3 so far. And next month probably won't be much better b/c I'm going on vacation for 4 days :( Oh well...
This book was very good. I myself am a "larger woman" and it was great to see a lead character in a book that is "larger" too. I'm also glad that Cannie overcame her image and started to feel comfortable in her body towards the end. I am starting the sequal to this book (Certain Girls) tonight!

Took me forever to finish this one because the beginning was kind of slow and I went on a trip to Walt Disney World for 4 days and didn't have time to read at all.
While the beginning was very slow for me I stuck with the book and was glad I did. It picked up a lot through out the middle and end of the book. It ended up being a pretty good book.

I love the show Glee!!! This was a very information book about the cast and characters and how they got started. It also told of some celebrity appearances that will happen in the future. I can't get enough of Glee and this book helped fill my obsession.

I saw a special on Diane Downs and her daughter Becky Babcock on an episode of 20/20 a couple weeks ago. The story was horrific but intriging to me. In the episode they talked about how this woman, Diane, had shot her 3 children, killing 1 of them and injuring the other 2. She blamed everything on a "bushy haired stranger" who shot the kids, but she was still found GUILTY in her long trial. Before she got arrested she became pregnant with Becky (who was originally named Amy) and the 20/20 episode focused on her and how she is coping with knowing that she biologically has a "monster for a mother."
In the episode they talked a lot about and showed clips of a book and a movie called Small Sacrifices. I immediately wanted to read the book and see the movie. I found the movie on youtube.com and watched the whole thing. I also went out and purchased this book. It is a very scary thing to think that you aren't just reading a book...that this was a true story but the book was excellent. I encourage anyone who is interested in this case or just would like a good murder mystery (even though it is a true story) to read this book.

I really enjoyed this book. Quick read and a little different from other vampire books. Looking forward to reading the rest of them. I have the next 2 on my shelf ready to go.

I really liked this one. It kept me going...twice I had to put the book down b/c of work and I didn't want to do anything but read it. I am excited to read the rest of these books, I don't know why I took so long to read them!
PS--Almost to my goal!!!

I really enjoyed Charlaine Harris's Sookie Stackhouse series as well. It's good and different. I don't quite like Twilight, I thought it was more romance than "vampiry" stuff

This book for me kinda started out slow but by the end I couldn't put it down. I can't believe that one person can kill so many people and have no problems with it. She must seroiusly be psychotic. And to think she killed one of her best friends in the end...how far will this girl go before she gets caught?

This one started out a little slow for me but once again I was sucked in within a few pages. It took me so long to complete it because I was trying to catch up on watching True Blood, which by the way I love also. I'm starting the next one tonight in hopes that it is a good as the others have been.
PS- I REACHED MY GOAL!!! MAYBE I'LL GO FOR 20,000 SINCE IT'S ONLY BEEN HALF OF A YEAR AND I'VE ALREADY REACHED MY GOAL!

Every time I think I found my favorite Sookie Stackhouse book another one pops up that I like even more! I'll say this once again...I don't know why it took me so long to read these books, but I'm loving them!!!!!

This one started out a little slow for me but once again I was sucked in within a few pages. It took me so long to complete it be..."
Congratulations Sherri :)

Thank You!

I cheated a little while reading this book. I had read several reviews that this was not a good book and that Rachel's part goes backwards so I read her part in reverse order. I read the story as presented but when it came to Rachel's part I read from the back of the book...I guess I kind of cheated the system a little bit, but this is why I probably liked the book so much better than most people.
