Stephanie wrote: "Yeah the next series or companion series is about Magnus!!! I can not wait...I loved him in the MI series!!"
yeah Magnus is special lol
yeah Magnus is special lol

August is definitely too far away!

Clary: Molly C. Quinn

Simon: kristopher turner

Jace: either Alex Pettyfer

or Zachary Abel

Isabelle: Liv Tyler

Magnus: Adam Lambert

Alec: Nicholas Hoult

Luke: Scott Patterson

Jocelyn: Bryce Dallas Howard

Sebastian- Ian Somerhalder

Maia- Jurnee Smollett

Aline- Christian Serratos

Valentine: Viggo Mortensen. Ok first off just let me say this: I KNOW THIS DOSENT FIT HIS DESCRIPTION AT ALL, but my deranged mind refused to see him any other way. i saw him as Aragorn from lord of the rings (lol i'm strange i know), but this is just the characters as i saw them.
btw- did you notice the similarities between their last names? Mortensen-Morgenstern very similar

Raphael- Alex Meraz

ugh Adam Lambert
pretty good fits though"
No Adam? I thought he would be a good Magnus.
Oh Well, what about...
Bill Kaulitz (Me: he looks like a woman.)

Mario Maurer-

And I have saved the Best for Last- Joe Jonas! (Lol JUST KIDDING!!!) ughh, Joe as Magnus? that would be scary...

Its funny because other mortal instruments groups talk about twilight too
Jazmyn..Joe Jonas and Bill whoever almost made me gag
please don't do that again lol ha ha
I don't know who Mario is
please don't do that again lol ha ha

I actually think all of the first people you picked are perfect.... except maybe Liv... no offence but she is a little old for Izzy.

I think Bill Kaulitz would be good as Magnus, but I'm a massive Tokio Hotel fan and Bill looks different now.
I think the choice of people is good.
I think the choice of people is good.

Liv is too old Stephanie, theres pretty much no chance she could ever actually be Isabelle now, but i think if she was younger she would be perfect-so i put her pic on here... she is exactly what i pictured Isabelle to look like.
I can't really picture the characters as any actor/actress only of the pictures i've seen of the actual characters.

i think tht Adam would be a good magnus, in looks anyway
not so sure about Bryce howard...
the only thing that would influence my decision for Jace would be the blond hair and the hotness factor lol
the next series, The infernal Devices, takes place in like the 1800s. i dont think its focus is Magnus but he will be involved in the books.
the cover art for the first in Tthat series just came out and it pretty delicious if i do say so myself. and i do. hahaha
here's the author's website:
http://cassandraclare.com/cms/home
The characters on the mortal instruments site is exactly how I pictured them but I do think that the choice of people portrays them well.

Here is the Blurb for Clockwork Angel...
Magic is dangerous—but love is more dangerous still.
When sixteen-year-old Tessa Gray crosses the ocean to find her brother, her destination is England, the time is the reign of Queen Victoria, and something terrifying is waiting for her in London's Downworld, where vampires, warlocks and other supernatural folk stalk the gaslit streets. Only the Shadowhunters, warriors dedicated to ridding the world of demons, keep order amidst the chaos.
Kidnapped by the mysterious Dark Sisters, members of a secret organization called The Pandemonium Club, Tessa soon learns that she herself is a Downworlder with a rare ability: the power to transform, at will, into another person. What's more, the Magister, the shadowy figure who runs the Club, will stop at nothing to claim Tessa's power for his own.
Friendless and hunted, Tessa takes refuge with the Shadowhunters of the London Institute, who swear to find her brother if she will use her power to help them. She soon finds herself fascinated by—and torn between—two best friends: Jem, whose fragile beauty hides a deadly secret, and blue-eyed Will, whose caustic wit and volatile moods keep everyone in his life at arm's length...everyone, that is, but Tessa. As their search draws them deep into the heart of an arcane plot that threatens to destroy the Shadowhunters, Tessa realizes that she may need to choose between saving her brother and helping her new friends save the world...and that love may be the most dangerous magic of all.

May contain some SPOILERS......
Characters...
1~Will: Seventeen-year old Will is the sort of young man nice Victorian girls were warned against. He drinks, gambles, and enjoys the company of ladies of questionable virtue--at least, as much as he enjoys anything. Will hates everyone and everything, with the possible exception of Jem, and that's in some doubt. Charlotte despairs of keeping him alive past the age of nineteen. When he finds himself oddly drawn to Tessa, his friends begin to hope that the Downworlder girl will prove Will's unlikely salvation--but as Tessa grows closer to the bleak secret that makes his life a prison, danger threatens to destroy both if she ever finds out the truth.
2~Tessa: Tessa has spent the first sixteen years of her life being overprotected by her aunt after the death of her parents in a carriage accident. She lives almost all her life in books, dreaming of having the kind of adventures the heroines she reads about do--until she is forced to travel from New York to London when her brother Nathaniel goes missing and only a pair of mysterious--and sinister--women called the Darke Sisters seem to know where he might have gone. The Shadowhunters of the London Institute may be Tessa's only hope for finding Nate, but their mysterious world of demons and Downworlders holds many dangers for her--especially when she realizes she might be more a part of it than she's thought.
3~Jem: Bought up in the Institute in Shanghai, Jem's parents were killed by a demon who allowed Jem to live--but with a terrible price to be paid. Frail and silver-haired, Jem seems an unlikely demon-killer, but his skills and swift intelligence make him a formidable foe. He find a kindred spirit in Tessa as both of them feel they are torn between two worlds, neither belonging completely to one or the other. As Jem's affection for her grows, will Will have to hurt the only person in his life he's ever seemed to care about?
4~Jessamyn: Jessamyn's parents, like Will's were Shadowhunters who left the clave. Their deaths in a fire orphaned her, leaving her to be brought up in the Institute by Charlotte and George. Jessamyn hates everything about being a Shadowhunter, from the training to the danger to the existence of demons, which she deems "smelly and disgusting". Armed with a razor-edged parasol and as equally sharp tongue, Jessamyn can be dangerous if she wants to be--to herself as much as to the supernatural creatures she's sometimes forced to encounter.
5~George: Absent-minded and brilliant, George spends his waking hours in the crypt of the Institute, inventing fabulous machines and weapons out of cogs, cams and gears. Unfortunately just as many of George's inventions don't work as the ones that do, and George is as likely to set himself on fire as he is to invent something new and amazing. When Tessa finds herself followed by a silent band of assassins who turn out to be automata--human beings made from clockwork parts--it is George who must decipher how they work in order to find the demonic mechanical genius at the heart of the most evil plan London's supernatural world has ever seen.
6~Charlotte: Twenty-two year-old Charlotte runs the entire Institute with a capable hand. Kind and loving, she does her best to care for the orphaned Shadowhunters who live under her roof while hiding her loneliness from the absent-minded husband she loves. It seems as if there's nothing Charlotte can't manage--until Tess'a search for her missing brother begins to uncover a web of corruption and deceit in London's Downworld that threatens to tear London's Conclave of Shadowhunters apart.

My book is already pre-ordered, can't wait!
I have always seen Alex Pettyfer as Jace. It's funny, my bff and I were in the theatre and during the previews we saw the teaser trailer for Beastly and she was like "OMG, it's Jace!". Funny thing is she doesn't look online much to know that he is the popular choice. She just knew him when she saw him, lol.
I also always picture Catherine Heigl as Isabelle. I know she isn't anything as described, and is older now, but I LOVE Roswell and Isabelle and Isabelle have so much in common. And I don't just mean their name, their characters are very similar.
