Anyone read this series?

I did!! I had them for along time and once I started them I couldn't help but wonder why the heck I waited sooooo long!! I loved them!!

When is the next one coming out?

I read them and i love them! City of Fallen Angels doesn't come out till March 2011, although she has a new series coming out. It's going to be like a companion series. Some of characters from the MI series will be in this one (the Infernal Devices). The first book in this new series will be released on August 31 of this year. It is called The Clockwork Angel.

I actually think all of the first people you picked are perfect.... except maybe Liv... no offence but she is a little old for Izzy.

Oh and I LOVE that you picked Adam for Magnus...I will never picture him as anyone else!!!

I think Bill Kaulitz would be good as Magnus,but I'm a massive Tokio Hotel fan and Bill looks different now.
I think the choice of people is good.

Liv is too old Stephanie, theres pretty much no chance she could ever actually be Isabelle now, but i think if she was younger she would be perfect-so i put her pic on here... she is exactly what i pictured Isabelle to look like.

I can't really picture the characters as any actor/actress only of the pictures i've seen of the actual characters.

I imagined Isabelle and Valentine as the pictures i posted... for the rest i just looked for someone who was close to what i imagined. My Valentine didn't even make since, because valentine is supposed to have white hair- but i saw him with brown.

I love this series. me an my mother haha.
i think tht Adam would be a good magnus, in looks anyway
not so sure about Bryce howard...
the only thing that would influence my decision for Jace would be the blond hair and the hotness factor lol

the next series, The infernal Devices, takes place in like the 1800s. i dont think its focus is Magnus but he will be involved in the books.
the cover art for the first in Tthat series just came out and it pretty delicious if i do say so myself. and i do. hahaha

The characters on the mortal instruments site is exactly how I pictured them but I do think that the choice of people portrays them well.

Characters...

1~Will: Seventeen-year old Will is the sort of young man nice Victorian girls were warned against. He drinks, gambles, and enjoys the company of ladies of questionable virtue--at least, as much as he enjoys anything. Will hates everyone and everything, with the possible exception of Jem, and that's in some doubt. Charlotte despairs of keeping him alive past the age of nineteen. Jessamyn hates everything about being a Shadowhunter, from the training to the danger to the existence of demons, which she deems "smelly and disgusting". 5~George: Absent-minded and brilliant, George spends his waking hours in the crypt of the Institute, inventing fabulous machines and weapons out of cogs, cams and gears. Unfortunately Magnus doesn't have a very big part in The Clockwork Angel, but he has a bigger part in the next two TID books. Not sure if you guys heard, but he's straight in TID series. I wonder how much of his personality (if any) is changed. I hope he's still relatively the same old Magnus.

My book is already pre-ordered, can't wait!


I have always seen Alex Pettyfer as Jace. It's funny, my bff and I were in the theatre and during the previews we saw the teaser trailer for Beastly and she was like "OMG, it's Jace!". Funny thing is she doesn't look online much to know that he is the popular choice. She just knew him when she saw him, lol.

I also always picture Catherine Heigl as Isabelle. I know she isn't anything as described, and is older now, but I LOVE Roswell and Isabelle and Isabelle have so much in common. And I don't just mean their name, their characters are very similar.
