SheLove2Read (sherrih95) Which character(s) would you like to see get their own book or story?

message 2: by SheLove2Read (new)

SheLove2Read (sherrih95) Definitely Samuel and I think Bran, and maybe as a side-story, I'd like to see Ben have his own HEA.

message 3: by Carolyn F. (new)

Carolyn F. I agree with you Sherri, Samuel and Bran.

message 4: by Darcy (new)

Darcy (sunnytat462) | 96 comments For sure Bran, Ben would be interesting, maybe a novella with his back story.

message 5: by Heather (new)

Heather T (horrorvacui000) Warren would be great.

Darcy (sunnytat462) | 96 comments Heather wrote: "Warren would be great."

I would love to see a flashback with him in cowboy days when he got made.

message 7: by new_user (new)

new_user Bran and Sam! Ben too. :) Who's Adam's second in command again? Is it Warren? Him too. LOL.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
Samuel is the one I want to see get a full-length book. He has me intrigued.

Ben seems interesting, so far. (I've only read the first two MT books).

I adore Bran like crazy, but Bry mentioned that PB wouldn't be writing a story for him. I'm sad about that. I just hope we see lots of him in the other books, in that case.

message 9: by Nita (new)

Nita (gillnit) I agree about Ben. His would be an interesting story I think.

I also think Stefan's story would be great too. I would like to learn more about him.

message 10: by Heather (new)

Heather T (horrorvacui000) Ben is Adam's 3rd. I want to say the 2nd is Paul, but I have a feeling I'm wrong and need to double check my book for some reason.

message 11: by Darcy (new)

Darcy (sunnytat462) | 96 comments Darell is Adam's 2nd, Warren is Adam's 3rd. I am not sure after that.

message 12: by SheLove2Read (new)

SheLove2Read (sherrih95) Ben is actually the lowest member of the dominant wolves. He's ONLY above the submissive wolves in Adam's pack. This was in the 4th Mercy book, which I just read.

Daryl is 2nd and Warren is 3rd, even though Warren has proven to be a more dominant wolf than Daryl.

message 13: by Jesse (new)

Jesse (Jessep) | 2 comments SAM! Definitely Samuel. And Bran.

message 14: by new_user (new)

new_user Ben would make a cool story though. Daryl too.

message 15: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 1 comments I would love to see Ben Get his own story about life back in England, with all the hype surrounding those rape cases. also adam's daughter her life is probably really crazy

message 16: by SheLove2Read (new)

SheLove2Read (sherrih95) Ooh I hadn't even thought of that. Adam's daughter should get a book too, preferably with her own alpha wolf! Adam probably wouldn't accept anything less.

message 17: by Literary Ames (new)

Literary Ames (amyorames) | 5 comments Sherri wrote: "Ooh I hadn't even thought of that. Adam's daughter should get a book too, preferably with her own alpha wolf! Adam probably wouldn't accept anything less."

Lol, that's so true. I'd love to read more about her.

message 18: by Darcy (new)

Darcy (sunnytat462) | 96 comments Can't you see Adam dealing with Jesse dating, all those guys or wolves coming to meet dad. That would be hilarious!!

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
I like that idea, Sherri.

message 20: by Kristin (new)

Kristin (kristin_palmer) | 2 comments I'd like to hear more about Adam's ex-wife. Whatever happened to her? Not that I want her to get in the way of Adam & Mercy of course.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
She's pretty nasty. I wouldn't mind Mercy telling her off in a future book.

message 22: by SheLove2Read (new)

SheLove2Read (sherrih95) I'm pretty sure Mercy can take her, since the other woman is human.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
Mercy would get her told!

message 24: by Ann aka Iftcan (new)

Ann aka Iftcan (iftcan) | 297 comments Hey--I don't want Jesse getting a wolf. She's interested in Gideon (isn't that his name--the Hispanic boy that was helping Mercy out in the garage?) I want to seem more about Mercy's friend the cop--and about Gideon's entire family.

message 25: by new_user (new)

new_user A few too many nasty wives in these books, LOL.

message 26: by Bry (new)

Bry (utqtbry) I totally down for a Ben novella for his backstory, and a whole book for his future!

message 27: by Mariya (new)

Mariya (cr6zym0nkeyiz) | 18 comments i have no idea really. i would want bran for sure. i probally wouldnt want a samuel book b/c i didnt likehis character that much.

message 28: by Ann aka Iftcan (new)

Ann aka Iftcan (iftcan) | 297 comments oohh, what about Holly? The were-wolf that Anna meets right after the vet's funeral in Alpha and Omega? From the few things said about her, she sounds like she'd have an interesting back story. AND maybe she could get together with The Moor, since she seems to be one of the few people that he likes.

message 29: by Carolyn F. (new)

Carolyn F. Samuel - a book totally his own.

message 30: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 32 comments Samuel, duh lol

message 31: by Carolyn F. (new)

Carolyn F. I'd like the Samuel book to be 90% Samuel.

message 32: by AlbertaJenn (new)

AlbertaJenn | 26 comments I would love an early book about Adam. Maybe show his ex, how he came to the Tri-Cities, how he ended up the Alpha for the area. Maybe a novella as part of an anthology. That would be interesting.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
I would love more Adam.

message 34: by Ann aka Iftcan (new)

Ann aka Iftcan (iftcan) | 297 comments yeah, definately LOVE that Adam

message 35: by Regina (new)

Regina (reginar) | 110 comments I hope Patricia Briggs sees this thread -- Samuel, Adam, Bran, Stephen. :) But I am guessing she would not write about the vamps as the main characters. She is purposely not painting them sympathetically, which I like.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
I like that the focus is on the weres for once. :)

message 37: by Regina (new)

Regina (reginar) | 110 comments Me too!

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

Definitely Bran. He's probably my 2nd favorite character. *Sam being number 1* I like Bran's personality, and I'm curious to know more about his history and his thoughts, it'd be nice to get in his head. So a little novel of Bran would suit me just fine! :D

message 39: by Regina (new)

Regina (reginar) | 110 comments Maybe of when he was happy and in love with Charles' mom?

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

Regina wrote: "Maybe of when he was happy and in love with Charles' mom?"

I was thinking that, too! Though I'd like before, during, and after Blue Jay Woman. I want to see different sides of Bran's personality. So - I'd like to see different time periods of when he met her. Was with her, and then after her death. I'm a sucker for the drama. :P

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
Maybe PB could do like Kelley Armstrong, and release some volumes of short stories about different time periods in the characters' lives. It would be interesting to see Mercy as a teenage girl, and maybe when she got involved with Samuel, etc.

message 42: by Regina (new)

Regina (reginar) | 110 comments I would love that story!

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
If PB doesn't get tired of these characters, she could write for years on the various stories she hasn't told.

message 44: by AlbertaJenn (new)

AlbertaJenn | 26 comments Lady Danielle "The Book Huntress" wrote: "If PB doesn't get tired of these characters, she could write for years on the various stories she hasn't told."

That's actually a better idea than many of these authors seem to do, stetching out their series long past when they should end it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Kelley Armstrong is doing just what you have suggested: doing backstories and doing books on other characters.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 574 comments Mod
Yes, she's writing in-between and back-stories for her characters. Actually they are short stories she posted for free on her website, and they are publishing in one volume.

message 46: by Gerd (new)

Gerd | 30 comments I've got my hopes set on seeing Jesse in her own story at least.

message 47: by Michielle (new)

Michielle | 37 comments Ann aka Iftcan wrote: "Hey--I don't want Jesse getting a wolf. She's interested in Gideon (isn't that his name--the Hispanic boy that was helping Mercy out in the garage?) I want to seem more about Mercy's friend the c..."

I would love to see more on the cop. Mercy isn't even sure what he is. She thinks he's human, but he's like a chameleon. Of course I would also like to know more about the other characters. But he's intriguing.

message 48: by Emily (new)

Emily | 24 comments Ben should get his own book and now I want Issac from O & A to get his own book.....Asil too :)

message 49: by Denise (Ducky) (new)

Denise (Ducky) (DDuckyDuck) | 7 comments Ann aka Iftcan wrote: "Hey--I don't want Jesse getting a wolf. She's interested in Gideon (isn't that his name--the Hispanic boy that was helping Mercy out in the garage?) I want to seem more about Mercy's friend the c..."

The Hispanic boy is Gabriel

I would love to see Samuel, Bran (with his Native American mate, Charles' mother),Ben,Stefan,Jessie,Tony (the cop)Zee...the list goes on and on.

message 50: by Anna (last edited Mar 23, 2012 01:15PM) (new)

Anna | 53 comments I agree Ben would be great - he sounds like he has an interestng back story as does Warren. I have to say I don't want a book about Bran I think PB is right he works better with a bit of mytery and gradual 'leaks'!
Asil and Sage both sound intseresting, as does the pack leader in Seattle - he seems to know Bran's pack well-can't remember his name.
Who was Isaac?
