Usually has a fair sprinkling of old Bill in amongst the madness...great pubs and a volcano in the middle of town too.
Saw one of the worst Macbeths there back in '92...scenery chewing nonsense. Usually good stuff though.

Traditionally they perform 3 Shakespeare plays in their outdoor replica Elizabethan theater and 3 non-Shakespeare in an indoor theater. They are in the middle of performing the history plays in chronological order - this year was Henry V and did a great job! The only draw back was the fire alarm just after intermission :)
This year they moved into a new outdoor Elizabethan Theater and are still working some bugs (literally :)) out.

NOTE: I am thinking of consistent, yearly festivals -- not one-time productions or special events.
So far I can think of (or have been mentioned here):
Shakespeare
Alabama Shakespeare Festival
American Shakespeare Center
Colorado Shakespeare Festival
Illinois Shakespeare Festival
Old Globe (San Diego, CA)
Oregon (Ashland)Festival
Southwest Shakespeare Season (Mesa, AZ)
Stratford Shakespeare Festival (Canada)
Utah Shakespeare Festival
Other Dramatic Festivals
Shaw Festival (Canada)
