holy crap! this is just may and june...I am now shocked and awed...I didn't read too closely last time I guess :)

I kind of went crazy this past month and bought a lot of books that I've been wanting to read for a while. I'm sure it won't be as much the rest of the month.

Pretty much. If I have nothing to do over the weekend, I can get in two or three a day.

Ugh. That's the thing I hated the most about school. I was reading all the time, but never what I wanted to. It was the best feeling ever when I was able to choose books based on my own interest and not because they were assigned.

yea, luckily for me next year our grade will barely b reading books together and most of the ones we read will b r choice

I love to read but at the same time I can't sit and read 2 books in a day. Rarely can finish one in a day even if there isn't anything else going on. I think I get stir crazy

Angela: I think we're related! I do the same thing. And Heather, I understand about school. I barely got any books read, but the ones I finished were really good.

Well I'm glad to know I'm not alone on that one! My goal today is to finish the book I started lastnight before I go to bed tonight, cross your fingers for me :)

I don't think I'll get much reading done today either. I seem to have burnt myself out from this weekend's read-a-thon.

I'm only getting in an hour or two of reading a day, so it's slow going right now. Just started a rather good book (Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles), though, so I might speed through it tonight when I get off work. :)

It was pretty good. The ending was a little rushed, which is common in YA books. There's a second book in the series (Rules of Attraction) that focuses on the younger brother, which I'll probably read to see how the main characters of Perfect Chemistry are faring.
