Let's look at Young Adult.

An intriguing and fascinating book on how countries vie against each other to be top dog on the world stage. Spies, double agents, love triangles -- it’s all in a day’s work for super spy Alexey! In today’s interconnected world, this book gives an interesting perspective on how much competition goes on behind the scenes with ambitions and stakes running high. Hearts are broken and for some power is gained.

Illuminating book on the espionage sphere. Lots of mind games involved. Great book with high drama. Makes for a perfect summer read!

Shannon (shannonbooklover) | 3 comments I know this is the big rage now, but my daughter and I read The Hunger Games trilogy and found it to be a fantastic series. We read it before it became so popular and even though the story contains violence, felt it had a good overall message for my daughter and was more relatable for her than some of the other series that are popular with her age group:-) She also just read The Giver at school and is now looking forward to the next 2 books in the series.

Michelle (dejameek) | 1 comments Foundling is a bit difficult to get through in the beginning, the language is more formal than normal, but once it gets going it is an amazing adventure about a boy who learns a lot about his world and himself. I am listening to this with my mother on audiobook. And yes, I know I am a bit backwards on the reading order, it's supposed to be parents looking for books they can read with their children. What can I say, I'm very protective of my mother. She prefers YA anyways.
