Robin's third book is great. It deals with 16 year old Paul Landon, a younger brother who feels he's the black sheep of his family.
When his older brother and idol Chris comes home from Viet Nam on leave and confesses to Paul that 1) he's gay and 2) he's pretty sure he's gonna die in Viet Nam, Paul's world view is shaken. Weeks later when Chris is killed in action, Paul is torn by grief, rage and guilt and a secret that Chris made him promise not to share.
Wonderful read. Check out my full review under my profile or those of others. A Question of Manhood
