Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments I'll be interested to see what you think of Maker's Song. I really like that series. Hope you do too. Also, your new author choice b/c I have that TBR also.

message 30: by Laura Lulu (new)

Laura Lulu (lauralulu) | 1603 comments I'm looking forward to both. I've heard good things about Maker's Song, and you know I'm a fan of dark, and Draw the Dark looks like it'll fit the bill. :)

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments I do. I think you'll enjoy it.

message 32: by Laura Lulu (new)

Laura Lulu (lauralulu) | 1603 comments I changed A Rush of Wings to Nightwalker. I'm still reading A Rush of Wings, and I know we can cross challenge--I'm the queen :)--but with these little challenges, I try not to cross challenge within the same group, if I can help it. Just a little quirk of mine. :)

So I'm reading it for "tattoo" on the Cover Hunt challenge. :)

message 34: by Wan (new)

Wan (wanwaddell) | 612 comments Okay! dumb question, what the diff between Mystery and Suspense?

message 35: by Sandra, Kindle Operator Licence Required (new)

Sandra | 25908 comments Suspense doesn't always have a mystery but it generally does. You often see shelves labelled Mystery & Suspense.

Suspense usually means action, say someone trying to kill someone else - ie this isn't always a mystery cause everyone knows who it is. Mystery would be trying to find out who dunnit!

No one will mind if you pick a suspense story instead of a mystery Wan.

message 36: by Steph, Serious series addict (new)
